Your server begins provisioning as soon as the payments verified and passes. Server installs can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes depending on the chosen game.
We don't believe in paying for slots, that's why you pay for the hardware you use instead. Every server has uncapped slots to allow up to the maximum support amount of players for that game, though we may recommend slots for the specific plan.
Yes! We use ARC. ARC is our custom in-house developed game server management panel based on the very popular Pterodactyl Panel. With this, you're able to do anything from view the console at real time, browsing or editing files, splitting your server & more!
If you need additional ports assigned to your server, feel free to open a ticket and we'll help you out.
